The masterplan for a new neighborhood by the former Köpenicker freight rail station is loyal to local context and history to frame a greener way of living in the city. The approved masterplan forms a diverse mix-use new area inspired by the historic structure and railway landscape, forming a series of linear green public spaces holding the plan together.
