By adding one extra room of 15 m² for 6 of 7 apartments, ADEPT has filled the gap between two classic residential buildings to solve the need for ‘that extra room’ for the families that share the property. At the same time, the courtyard was transformed with permeable surfaces and a landscape design focused in urban bio-diversity.
