The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience detailing complex building projects and is a design-strong detailing architect with solid project leader experience. You are familiar with project development in the Czech market, and preferably you have experience from international collaborations as well. You will play a key role in the project design, influencing development and architectural direction, and have responsibility for coordination between client, local General Designer and ADEPT’s team.
The position is full-time and based at our Copenhagen studio. Regular travel days to project site expected. Start date as soon as possible.
We are looking for a candidate with:
• 7–10 years of experience as project lead / senior architect position on large complex projects with proven experience throughout early design, permitting and execution documentation phases. Direct experience from Czech projects is a criteria.
• A strong and design-driven approach with the ability to safeguard architectural intent through all phases, as well as an ability to create structure, clarity, and momentum in complex project processes.
• Strong communication skills and experience with client and stakeholder dialogue. Experience with international collaborations - General Designers/engineers etc.
• Excellent English skills, spoken and written. Similar Czech language skills a criteria.
• Strong skills in Rhino and ArchiCAD
